Voice demo
- The demo identifies itself as AI and microphone access follows an explicit action.
- Microphone audio is processed by ElevenLabs so the agent can hear and respond. Audio saving is switched off.
- A transcript is created and processed for the call. Retention is set to 0 days, with transcript and detected personal information scheduled for deletion.
- Audio deletion is enabled. This is the standard-plan deletion configuration, not Enterprise zero-retention mode, so no claim of instantaneous or storage-free processing is made.
- Visitors should not share sensitive personal, health, financial, account or authentication information in the public demo.
Website and providers
Cloudflare provides website hosting and protective infrastructure. ElevenLabs provides the conversational voice service. Normal connection, security and diagnostic data may be processed by those providers when their services are used.
Calendar, CRM, telephone, SMS and email integrations are not connected. Online enquiry delivery is also not connected, so the forms do not accept or send visitor details.
