The two website demo agents are configured as private agents. This page describes their current controls without claiming certifications, legal compliance or external integrations that have not been independently verified.
Implemented design controls
Private agent access
The dedicated ElevenLabs agents are private. The browser requests a short-lived, scenario-bound credential and never receives the provider API key.
Audio saving off
Audio saving and audio deletion are configured. A call transcript is processed with 0-day scheduled deletion; this is not Enterprise zero-retention mode.
No external actions
Calendar, CRM, phone, SMS and email tools are not connected. The public agents do not claim a real booking or outbound action.
Durable safeguards
The production design uses Cloudflare D1 for rate limits, replay protection, lead receipts and booking idempotency.
Current service limits
- No public email or online lead-delivery channel is configured
- No calendar, CRM, telephone, SMS or email integration is connected
- No real booking, message, call transfer or system update is performed by the demos
- Full owner-approved privacy and commercial terms remain to be published
- No certification, regulatory approval, business result or agency earning is claimed
The voice demonstration can run within these boundaries. Enquiry and booking paths fail safely and never present an unconfirmed action as completed.
